Guided tour in Rottenburg-Dettingen with Prof. Roland Doschka
Like day and night, like yin and yang, the two go hand in hand in the Doschka Garden: the artistically arranged, blooming pictures and the wild herbs of the untended meadow.
They are presented together when Professor Doschka recreates motifs by Monet, Cézanne and other painters using flowers in his garden, whilst nature guide Armin Bihlmaier reveals the treasures of the healing wild herbs growing in the meadows.

A guided tour to the treasure chest of outdoor pharmacy in the orchard by nature guide Armin Bihlmaier.
Afterwards, Café Pausa serves wild herb culinary delights, accompanied by explanations of their healing properties by medical doctor Dr Susanne Bihlmaier.

In addition to the main plants of our cultivated and garden plants, nature guide Armin Bihlmaier is showing that many wild plants provide quick help for emergencies on the go. Many of them are also suitable for wild herb salads. Halfway through the tour, the participants are invited to taste ground-elder lemonade and herb buns.
